We are excited to share that Forsyth represented artist, Emily Buck, is featured in the July issue of British Vogue. 'All Fired Up' highlights a group of women ceramicists throwing new light on an old art form.
Based in London, British artist Emily Buck studied History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art. She majored in the ancient world which influenced her desire to rethink and create classical forms with a contemporary, sensual, and feminine aesthetic. Emily creates elegant and unique hand-built ceramic stoneware sculptures, embodying the Female. The works in this series are named and inspired by the Greek goddesses.
In October 2020, Emily had a solo exhibition as part of London Craft Week at celebrated fashion label Roksanda's flagship store in Mayfair. Forsyth is thrilled to be the first US gallery to represent Emily's beautiful work.
